The Moving Touch
Gentle reminder to upcoming Somatic Movement Explorations February 2012
Dear all!
Join us to embody your Yield, Push, Reach and Pull qualities of movement!
- On the 15th of February, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm (doors close at 7:00).
- On the 17th of February, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm (doors close at 7:00).
YIELD and PUSH patterns provide inner focus and grounding, weight and relationship to earth, as well as strength in relationship to gravity.
REACH and PULL patterns bring outer focus and awareness of space. They develop the lightness of the body, create the ability to change levels in space.
They facilitate transitions, stimulate curiosity and ultimately the ability to move forward in life.
Let's play and explore together " the Great cycle of satisfaction", when movement supported by Reach and Pull is using the underlying support of Yielding and Pushing.
- WHY?
Tuning into your body wisdom, give yourself the best chance to resilience against stress.
Enjoy your self-connectedness with great tools to enhance your different practices from supporting your back, walking, sitting on a chair properly, to yoga, to Qi Gong...

"Selah"
Dear all,
I recently came across the hebrew word "Selah". I understand its meaning as " Setting peace within and listen".
It is used for a "silence" ponctuation in sacred texts.
I find it to be a very auspicious word, evoking silence deep within oneself.
Therefore I want to share it with you to set an invitation to 2012.
May you be connected to your true self and live in harmony within yourself and those around you.
I whish yoy health, happiness and the energy to achieve and share what you are living for!
Let's stay connected!
Namaste,
Anne Cousin
